WEST VIRGINIA CHAPTER B IS THE 2007 REGION N CHAPTER OF THE YEAR!
"At the WV-B Chapter gathering on Saturday, March 15th, Region N Director Frank Albert presented the Chapter with the large bronze Region N Eagle Trophy, seen on the podium, for being selected the 2007 Region N Chapter of the Year! Also, West Virginia District Directors Buz and Missy Mowrer are shown presenting a large Loving Cup to the Chapter for being selected the 2007 West Virginia Chapter of the Year."
